Steven Brooks
This drummer turned Chef started his career in 1991 after he found himself hungry trying to make it playing in a full time Rock and Roll band.

Birmingham Alabama 1991, Chef Scott Berg @Vincentʼs Markets thought he would make a good cook from the things he talked about and the passion shared by his entire family in the kitchen . The gourmet grocery store with is large kitchen and bakery kitchen would provide the perfect learning environment for this newcomer.

After spending the next few years in all areas of the operation, and working with some of the best young Chefʼs the area had to offer, he was given the chance with Vincentʼs to go out and open 22 units throughout the southeast, provide all food for The Brunoʼs Memorial Classic Senior PGA event held at Grey stone in Birmingham, and Olympic Soccer in Birmingham 1996.

Then, in 2000, Northwest Arkansas came calling.

The Market @ Pinnacle was looking for a Sous Chef and brought him to the area where he quickly became a local favorite. After 5 years the opportunity to be Executive Chef/F&B Director at Blessings Golf Club was the next step in the learning process.
